Cindy Williams brings over 25 years of experience in the highway construction industry and a deep passion for roadway safety. After 12 years in human resources, she took a bold step in 2012 by becoming the majority owner of Time Striping. Since then, she has taken great pride in leading the company’s continued growth and success.

Cindy remains deeply engaged in the industry, actively participating in local, state, and national associations, including the American Traffic Safety Services Association, Arkansas Associated General Contractors, and the Arkansas Asphalt Pavement Association.
