Lance Smith graduated from Arkansas State University in 1993 and joined Time Striping in 1997 as a Division Manager. Today, he serves as Senior Vice President of the Traffic Control Division, bringing decades of expertise in bidding, management, and sales.

Lance oversees multiple key areas of the company, including the traffic control division, sign shop, and mechanic shop, playing an essential role in day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
